Ultimate Conflict VII – The Result

Awesome performances from Damo and Josh last night at Ultimate Conflict VII! Damo taking a highly experienced opponent to a controversial decision in what was, in my opinion, the best debut performance I’ve seen in national MMA – period. Truly outstanding. I’m looking forward to working with him and watching him progress.

Josh breezed in with another ICE COLD, calm, collected performance. He followed his game plan to the letter and tapped out his opponent 1:30seconds into the first round. That’s Josh’s strength really – he follows the plan and works with corner instruction like a pro. Gentlemen – we salute you! Read more…

The Return of Braulio Estima

We can’t wait for our workshop with Braulio Estima tomorrow (August 29th, 2010). He’s an extraordinary athlete and a talented teacher so there’s no place we’d rather be! Session time confirmed for 13:00. See you there..!

Ultimate Conflict VII: Road Trip

Thanks to all that are supporting Damien and Josh this evening. Sadly, several opponents have pulled out on Alan and he won’t get to enjoy the fruits of his hard work tonight. He will however be in a ring or cage very, very soon. Josh and Damien have put in the time and effort – so they’re very much looking forward to testing themselves tonight. As always, the support of the KOKORO ARMY is appreciated! Doors Open 7pm, First Fight 8pm. See you there!

BJJ Short Break

Tony is all but prepared to head off to Russia for a couple of weeks. So, there’ll be a short BJJ Holiday at Kokoro! Tony will be gone 26th July – 6th August inclusive. No BJJ between those dates. Don’t worry – Tony will be back on the mats doing his thing funkier than ever on August 10th!
