2010 - New Year, New Training Programmes!

Our 12 Week Progressive MMA Programmes have been hugely successful and we’ve received nothing but positive feedback on them. We’ve been keeping an eye on performance gains for the last 12 months and reached the conclusion that, provided we’re willing to keep pushing ourselves and the boundaries of what can and can’t be done, then perfection can be improved upon! Brand New Gym In Progress!

Thanks to any volunteers that are heading down this weekend to help complete the setup of our new home. Everyone’s help is very much appreciate and the most important piece of kit you can bring is a good stiff yard brush!

Saturday: Meet 10:00am at the new site, finish around 16:00.
Sunday: Meet 10:00am at the new site, finish when complete (as long as it takes).

Many hands make light work and all that - so the more the merrier guys and we really need your help and support getting set up!

We’re moving in to our new premises on Gaelic Street, North Strand, Dublin 3. We’re now just walking distance from Connolly Station and our opening night will be Monday, 2nd November, 2009 at 18:00.
