For those of us that don’t want to waste a bank holiday on the beer…. ….Kyokushin training is ON this Monday. Bartek will be there and the Kyokushin side of the club is growing quickly. Take advantage of it guys. It’s GREAT training - hind, mind, body & spirit!
Mixed Martial Arts and the team have consumed my focus for a while. Add a broken toe into the mix and Kyokushin took a bit of a back seat for a while. Gradings are awarded at Kokoro Mixed Martial Arts based on an individual’s knowledge, skills and ability under pressure as an all round fighter. An all round fighter is a person who is effective as a striker and grappler in the standup, clinch and ground ranges.
