Our 12 Week Progressive MMA Programmes have been hugely successful and we’ve received nothing but positive feedback on them. We’ve been keeping an eye on performance gains for the last 12 months and reached the conclusion that, provided we’re willing to keep pushing ourselves and the boundaries of what can and can’t be done, then perfection can be improved upon!
