Great bunch at the workshop today. Getting to grips with the fundamentals had a significant impact on the form of all in attendance; looking forward to seeing this come through in sparring and – with time – in the cage.

We’ve a couple of C-Class MMA matches on the horizon. Derek Coleman, Jonny Origan and Jonny Bowden are all set to step onto the canvas and test themselves on two of Ireland’s most respected shows.
