Capoeira to re-start on July 9th, 2008.
Capoeira on concrete… …it can be more dangerous than you might think! Oops! Andrea has been playing Capoeira in Spain over the last fortnight. Unfortunately, during one of his more acrobatic moments, he picked a fight with the pavement and lost. Ouch! We’ll be re-starting Capoeira in two weeks. This should give him the chance to heal a bit.
Next Session is 9th July, 2008.
In the meantime; Warrior Fitness with Leo is ON. Get well soon Andrea!
