Bank Holiday Monday: No Training (4th August, 2008)
Just to confirm; Kokoro is closed on Bank Holiday Mondays. So, there’s no Kyokushin on Monday. See you on Tuesday (5th August, 2008) for MMA as usual.
20:00 Start for Martial Arts Training Sessions
Starting next week we’ll be strictly adhering to the training schedule (times). MMA and Kyokushin sessions are due to start at 20:00 sharp. We’ll no longer be starting late and/or interrupting training sessions to accommodate late arrivals.
Kyokushin Schedule Change
A few people have mentioned that getting into the gym for 7pm isn’t easy. Bartek has kindly agreed that, by popular demand, the Monday night Kyokushin sessions will now run from 20:00 - 22:00. We’ll update the schedule section as soon as we can.
Bank Holiday Kyokushin Training is ON!
For those of us that don’t want to waste a bank holiday on the beer…. ….Kyokushin training is ON this Monday. Bartek will be there and the Kyokushin side of the club is growing quickly. Take advantage of it guys. It’s GREAT training - hind, mind, body & spirit!

In August this year, the lads from Kokoro had the pleasure of training for a week with Semmy in Croatia. It’s hard to appreciate the size, speed and technical proficiency of the guy until you train with him. TV just doesn’t do him justice (as the lads discovered).

Kokoro MMA All Day Training a Success
Kokoro Mixed Martial Arts in Dublin held a full day of training yesterday (10th November, 2007). Andy flew in from Germany to help with the coaching and we’re now well and truly knackered! The focus and dedication of Kokoro Martial Artists is second to none.

New Full Time Gym & Dojo Open in Dublin!
At long last, Kokoro Mixed Martial Arts have opened the doors to our new full time gym. It’s fully equipped and will serve as both an MMA Gym and Kyokushin Dojo. We’re working on an an opening day with Ireland’s best fighters and coaches. More on that soon.
