Dan Henderson Prepares for UFC 93 at Kokoro MMA in Dublin
It’s been a pleasure having MMA Legend Dan Henderson and his team (Krzystzof, Carlos and Tarec) with Kokoro this week. Dan has been working out and finalizing preparations for his UFC 93 clash with Rich Franklin this weekend.
Having the guys from Team Quest with us has been an honour and a privilege.
Dan’s an all time MMA hero of mine and watching him prepare, then spending some mat time rolling with Carlos and Krzystof, has been an experience that I won’t be forgetting in a hurry! What a way to set the tone for this weekend!
Dan is in AWESOME shape and is well set for a superb show.

Shane that’s amazing! It’s a testament to the quality of the Kokoro gym. Having someone world class like Henderson in your gym, that’s one for the scrap book! I was lucky enough to have ringside seats to see his win over Franklyn. Good fight, great atmosphere, but you’d have a better view on telly
