Fundamentals Workshop: Submissions for MMA
Had a cracking time at the submissions workshop today. It’s amazing how quickly everybody manages to pick this stuff up. Thanks for heading down!
Makes me wish I was 20 years younger watching you lot learn at warp speed! Solid fundamental submissions and transitions from/to side and mount position, top and bottom. Hope you enjoyed yourself as much as I did lads and see you all in part two (guard and back) at some point later in the year!

The best 5 hours spent ever!Great buzz around the place with the lads.Seemed everyone really enjoyed it!!wanna say thanks to shane “emelienenko” and johnny “cauliflower ear” origan for puttin a great 5 hours in and helping us grasp the ground game!!!
had a cracking time yesterday at the workshop…really learned alot about the ground game..the time flew in..

Yea the time sure flew in! A great Day’it realy got me understanding the Ground Game alot more’ it was Well worth the 50 Squid! .. Hooks & Theathers!! Dont force them Just look for them!! when ya cant get one improve Position

There’s no thread for it but wanna say best of luck to tom,jonny and stephen all representing at chaos on sat nite in derry.I’ll be front row and centre “let’s ave it”!!!!You’ll do us proud no doubt!
