Bank Holiday Kyokushin Training is ON!
For those of us that don’t want to waste a bank holiday on the beer…. ….Kyokushin training is ON this Monday. Bartek will be there and the Kyokushin side of the club is growing quickly. Take advantage of it guys. It’s GREAT training - hind, mind, body & spirit!

just out of hospital today
so wont be back training for 3 more weeks
probably be insane by that stage so il be bouncing off the four walls when i get back
