Throughout the month; we’ve been keeping an eye on a few lads who’s approach to training is exemplary. As a result; they’ve progressed at a solid rate and have picked up a good understanding of the basics of the strike, clinch and ground games. It’s an absolute pleasure to confirm a few promotions.

Thanks lads. But we aren’t stopping there. Oh no, I reckon we’ve got what it takes to go all the way to the top…….. yeah thats right the five of us have the heart mind and spirit to become whatever we want to become. I’d say any of us five could be a future world champ. And who knows what will happen after that, we could even become the next ………..
