Road Trip: Sign Up to MMA Seminar at the Dog Pound - April 5th
Shane will be doing a three hour workshop/seminar at the Dog Pound (hosts of Ultimate Conflict Ireland) in Newry on Saturday 5th April at 10:00am. If you fancy a road trip; sign up here.
We’ll work out how many cars we need for the day. Seminar starts at 10:00 in Newry, so we’ll meet at Kokoro Gym for 8:30 - then drive up. If you want to join us and need a lift or have a car available - drop a comment and Colin will manage the lists (so how I volunteered your services there Colin? 
).
This will replace the usual Saturday session; so I’m hoping that the Saturday lot will be joining the road-trip instead.
