UFC 84: Ill Will - Prediction Competition - Results
BIG card on this Saturday night with BJ Penn & Sean Sherk heading up the fights with a Lightweight Championship bout. We’ve also got The Axe Murderer versus Techno Viking’s cousin and Tito Ortiz fighting Lyoto Machida to look forward to.
Just to make things a little more interesting, we’re hosting a little compo to see who can pick the winners this weekend.
Rules are simple: leave a comment detailing who you think will win each of the fights on the main card, the winning method (TKO, submission, decision etc) and which round the fight will finish in. You get 5 points for picking the winner plus bonus points for the method (3) and for the round (1). Bonus points are only picked up if the winner is correct.
The person who scores the most points overall wins a lovely t-shirt, and the pride of knowing that they’re smarter than everyone else.

Nah. He’s probably right. BJJ Penn would normally go for it. But, I’m not sure he’ll want to wrestle with Sherk. Thing is; he’s so wound up of the steroids thing that he’ll either a) out submission wrestle him “to prove a point” or, b) try to strike him into oblivion to “prove a point”. Be interesting to see which he tries. Of course; I’m sure Sherk is MORE than ready regardless of the option that BJJ Penn will choose.
