The Kokoro Mixed Martial Arts Winter Submission Tournament for Beginners went down a storm this weekend. Forty members of Kokoro MMA Dublin, across five weight categories, got themselves a taste for tournament format submission wrestling on our competition surface. And we had a blast!

Congratulations to all that took part. We were particularly delighted to see so many first timers. Some of the guys that got stuck in have been training less than a month! Fair play!

The atomosphere was superb and thanks to all that made the day a success. In particular; thanks to our core referees: Derek Coleman, Paddy Coleman, Johnny Bowden, Jonny Origan.
