90% of Kokoro members train in Mixed Martial Arts for the fun of it. It’s a hobby. Then there are those that do it because they can see themselves standing in the cage one day.

Congratulations to the lads that were on the mat for today’s invitation only training session. Kokoro’s Competition Training programme is infamous at this stage – and second to none. Seeing the performance of the lads today… …we could well be looking at Kokoro’s next generation of fighters.

    johnny “zombie flesh eater” bowden looks like a posh student!!!!The gimp?thats a bit hard on derek!!!!I needed colin to hold me up after that.Great eye opener today but unfortunately now its closing up!!!!That was an awesome session.Cant wait for the next one!thanks lads and shane for the advice!
