		<description>Did the warrior training tonight.  Good stuff.  There was 6 of us down.  Bring on Bas for Thursday I say.

I&#039;ve done some extra sparring with John B.  I learned not to drop my hands when I &#039;THINK&#039; a low kick is coming.  Cause it didn&#039;t!  Whack.</description>

		<description>Hah... you guys!  The extra sessions are a very smart move though. So, anyone that want&#039;s to sort themselves out with a partner and do some drilling/sparring should go for it.  

Remember; you need to direclty arrange for a member of the team to open the gym though.

Wednesday&#039;s are a must. Leo and Cathal will have you fit to run through brick walls in no time!</description>
