Hey folks, I have a novel way to end the proceedings this Sat. Final winners put their names into a hat and the one that’s drawn out fights Shane in a traditional Japanese style. I’ll bring the equipment needed. I won’t give the game away just yet but think – ‘Traditional Japanese’. What exactly comes to mind?……..Razor sharp samurai swords maybe?……I’ll leave ya guessing..

i could apply more pressure on a shoulder with a dirty look than ”derek’ could apply with one his infamously bad kimuras.

in fact group b could simultaniously break all of group ‘A’’s arms with a load of badly executed armbars and we would still get up, submit you and proceed leave the gym and have our way with all the womenfolk in your homes;);)

Should be interesting considering the 20kg weight difference but it’ll be sweet when I win that challenge and my weight category.

Think I’ll go up tomorrow and have a look at the Monday class. Not much to look at but sure I’ll bring a colouring book in case I get bored.
