    This has been a superb year for Kokoro. Getting the gym off the ground has been a pleasure because of the heart and soul of the people at the gym.

    2009 means full time and I, for one, can’t wait.

    Dude, I’m with you. I’m officially HUUUGE. Everytime I think that I’ll do a bit of something, the arm says… ….think again pal! Come January though, screw the arm. I’m bored dammit!

    I’m the same as you guys. Think my body weight is up by 10% over the 2 weeks I’ve been off training. Looking forward to laying off all the crap food and getting back into training. Hope the SUB Tournament & Xmas party went well for everyone.
